Surprisingly, air conditioning in the UK workplace is not that common. According to government figures, in the offices sector only about 20% of the total floor area is air conditioned and in total it is estimated that just 40% of all commercial buildings have air conditioning, so a good many of us can find ourselves working in far from stable and at times, uncomfortable environmental conditions in the workplace.

Talented Young Motorcyclist Breaks Brands Record. Jay Fernandez and his sponsor Space Air joined Revolution Motorsport this season which now incorporates the team "Space Air - Ducati". Space Air, has supported Jay since he began racing in 2002. Jay competed in the first round of the MRO SuperTwins Championship at Brands Hatch on his new Ducati 998, and impressed everyone by smashing the lap record twice!

At the tender age of 72, Mike Tolhurst, of Space Airconditioning plc, has decided to retire – finally! Mike hit the 'official' retirement age over 7 years ago, when he was Branch Manager of the Bristol office, but he decided that he was much too young at heart to bow out of the industry at that time and stayed on as Regional Marketing Manager.
